Questions Before We Begin

Who is a good fit for this work?
This work tends to be a good fit for individuals who are motivated for deeper change, not just symptom relief. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and willing to engage in an active process that includes reflection, honesty, and consistent effort outside of sessions. If you are looking for quick fixes or purely solution-focused strategies, this approach may not be the best fit.

What is your approach like?
My approach is depth-oriented and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work (IFS) to help identify and shift patterns at the root, while also supporting nervous system regulation and increased capacity for change.

What kind of commitment does this work require?
This work is most effective when there is a willingness to engage consistently and participate in the process over time. While meaningful shifts can happen quickly, lasting change typically involves ongoing reflection, practice, and integration between sessions.

Do you take insurance?
I accept insurance for clients located in Oregon, Washington, California, and Ohio (depending on your specific plan). I also offer private pay options. Please reach out to confirm your coverage.

How often do we meet?
Sessions are typically held weekly, especially at the beginning of our work. Frequency may shift over time depending on your needs and goals.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, all sessions are currently held via secure telehealth.
