Integration

Support for turning meaningful experiences into lasting change.

You’ve had an experience that shifted something.

It may have come through meditation, a retreat, therapy, or psychedelic-assisted work. For a moment, something felt clearer, more open, or more possible.

And then, over time, that feeling can fade.

Old patterns return.
Daily life takes over.
What once felt real becomes harder to access.

This isn’t a failure, it’s a natural part of the process.

Real change doesn’t come from the experience alone. It comes from how it is integrated.

The Work

Integration is about helping those shifts take root.

In our work together, we focus on stabilizing and embodying what has opened so it becomes part of how you think, feel, and move through your life.

This may include:

  • working with patterns or parts that resist change

  • supporting nervous system regulation and capacity

  • reinforcing new ways of thinking and responding

  • creating practices that help sustain the shift over time

The goal is not to recreate the experience, but to translate it into lasting change.

This work is often a good fit if you:

  • have had a meaningful or transformative experience and want help integrating it

  • feel like something shifted, but it hasn’t fully carried into your daily life

  • are already engaged in personal growth and want deeper support

  • are looking for focused, short-term work rather than ongoing therapy
