Clinical Supervision for Therapists
I have been in the mental health field since 2004 and offer supervision for associates new to the field and also seasoned therapists who want to deepen their clinical work while also creating practices that feel aligned, energizing, and livable. Many clinicians are highly skilled yet feel burned out, overextended, or disconnected from the work they once loved. Supervision can be a place to slow down, reflect honestly, and make intentional shifts — clinically and professionally.
A core focus of my supervision work is helping clinicians build caseloads and practices that are aligned with who they are — their values, strengths, temperament, and nervous system. This includes support around identifying ideal client populations, refining clinical focus, setting sustainable boundaries, navigating ethical considerations, and moving away from practice models that contribute to chronic burnout. The goal is not just success, but longevity and fulfillment in your career.
I work especially well with clinicians treating substance use and addiction, as well as those working with complex PTSD, attachment-related injuries, codependency, and other relational struggles. This work is often emotionally demanding and systemically challenging, and supervision offers a vital space to process complexity, reduce compassion fatigue, and strengthen clinical confidence while maintaining integrity and balance.
My supervision framework is informed by EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches. I help clinicians think relationally and neurobiologically, supporting both case conceptualization and the therapist’s own internal experience in the work. Attention to countertransference, nervous system regulation, and relational dynamics is central to my approach.
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and honest. I tailor supervision to where you are in your professional journey — whether you are early in practice or many years in and ready for recalibration or growth.
If you are seeking supervision that supports clinical depth, ethical clarity, and a more sustainable and satisfying career, I welcome the opportunity to work together.
